Mr. Hu was graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University majored in Flight Vehicle Design and Engineering, he joined in GAMECO after

graduation and have been working in GAMECO on various department since 1994. He joined in the Material Management Dept of GAMECO since 1998,

working on various positions including Materials Coordinator, Deputy Manager of Procurement, International Procurement Manager, Deputy Director of

Material Management, and now becomes the Director of Material Management in GAMECO since 2011, responsible for parts and materials planning,

procurement, coordinations and sales management work.

胡骁先生毕业于西北工业大学飞行器设计制造系机械设计与制造专业，1994 年加入广州飞机维修工程有限公司工作至今。1998 年加入航材管理部门，历

任航材协调主任、采购部副经理、国际采购经理、航材部副总监等职，自 2011 年至今担任航材部总监，负责公司航材采购、协调、销售管理等业务。

Takuma “Thomas” Otsuka has 30 years of experience in aerospace sector. He started his career with ANA (All Nippon Airways) in 1988 as an aircraft mechanic and learned a wide range of knowledge about aircraft maintenance. After achieving Aircraft Engineering Certificate from Japanese government, he was transferred to Spares Department in 1997 and started to build his professional expertise in spare parts planning including strategic purchasing, repair-warranty management, PBH program implementation, inventory reduction, various contract negotiations and PMA/DER cost-saving promotion. Following his overseas assignment in Los Angeles (2002- 2007), he achieved B787 initial parts provisioning project to support its momentous EIS phase as a launch airline customer. He has been seconded to MRO Japan since 2015, which is ANA Holdings’ joint venture business, to start up new MRO operation in Japan focusing on aircraft maintenance. He has a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering from Hokkaido University in Sapporo, Japan.
