Moshe joined IBA in 2017 and is heading the Freighters/P2F Cargo Conversion Advisory of IBA in conjunction with marketing and business development of IBA products and services.

He has 34 years of aviation experience in engineering, project management, consulting and marketing with Aldav Engineering Ltd. and Israel Aerospace Industries. He specialized in aircraft cargo conversions including all technical and commercial aspects in this field. He supported major operators, airlines, lessors and investors on development of cargo conversion STC’s and converting of more than 100 aircraft.

Moshe holds a B.Sc. degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
