Wang Chao

Chief Engineer, China Postal Airlines

Mr. Wang was graduated from Civil Aviation University of China in 1986, and worked in China General Aviation Corp until 1998, responsible for aircraft avionics system maintenance, aircraft outfield maintenance and maintenance engineering technology management as well as maintenance workforce training.

From 1998-2006, Mr. Wang worked in China Eastern Airlines’ Shanxi Maintenance center, responsible for quality management of aircraft maintenance.

Since 2006, he has been working in China Postal Airlines, acting as Chief engineer, in charge of aircraft maintenance quality and engineering technology management as well as aircraft delivery.

Steven YANG

Vice GM, STAECO

Mr. Steven Yang has been working in STAECO for nearly 20 years since he joined in STAECO in1999, and has been held various positions from Marketing Manager, Marketing Director and now Vice General Manager. He also holds another position in HAECO as Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

Prior to that, Mr. Yang worked in Shandong Airlines for years, as Deputy Director of Quality Management, Head of Material Management.

Mr. Steven Yang was graduated from Nanjing University of Aerospace and Aeronauticals.

VP, Maintenance & Engineering,Yangtze River Airlines

Mr. Liu has over 20 years of working experiences in aviation industry, especially in line maintenance, engineering management, aircraft delivery and disposal area. He joined Hainan Airlines in 1994, and held several positions including Maintenance Engineer, Engineering Manager, Manager of Component Maintenance, as well as Technical Services Manager in M&E department of China Xinhua Airlines. Since 2004, Mr. Liu has been working in Suparna Airlines(Former Yangtze River Express Airlines) as GM of M&E Dept, Chief Engineer, Vice President of Maintenance etc.

VP, Maintenance & Engineering,YTO Cargo Airlines

Mr. Luye has 21 years experience in the aviation industry and he took Maintenance engineering positions at Shanghai Airlines Cargo and China Cargo Airlines before joined YTO cargo as VP of Maintenance & Engineering Dept in 2016. Since 2006, he’s in charge of the aircraft acquisition and return. of 737-300, 757-200SF, MD-11F, 747-400F, 777-200F and currently, his mainly responsibility is the acquisition of 757-200F&737-800 in YTO Cargo.
