Cheng ZHONG

Mr. Zhong Cheng has been working in China Southern Airlines since 1994, on various senior positions in Engineering and Planning&Development departments, and now heads the Fleet Disposal division at the Strategic Planning and Investment department.
With many years of working experiences on managing 100+ aircraft disposals over 8 types, Mr. Zhong had witnessed many milestone events in China Southern's history fleet development and transition, and gained unique and in depth knowledge on aircraft trading and fleet asset management, and lead the initiative to build up the working framework and procedure of managing aircraft trading and disposal in China Southern Airlines.
Amy TIAN
Project Manager, Procurement,Air China
Amy Tian is Aircraft Disposal Manager in Procurement Department of Air China, in charge of aircraft end-of-life trading and disposal. She joined Air China in 2002, with many years of working experiences in aviation industry, especially in used aircraft asset disposal and trading management. Amy is
graduated from the School of Economics of Nankai university.
Michael Zhou
VP - Commercial, Aircraft Recycling International Limited
Mr. Zhou has over 18 years of working experience in airlines, he was formerly an Aircraft Acquisition specialist in Shenzhen Airlines, and responsible for aircraft certifications, fleet management and planning , as well as aircraft purchase and financing lease. Mr. Zhou graduated from Civil Aviation University of China, and obtained a Master Degree of Economics Law in Wuhan University and a Master Degree of MBA in Seattle University.
Ryan Sheng
Manager, Fleet Management, HNA Aviation Investment Holding
Mr. Sheng Feixiang is currently the Senior Manager of Fleet Development Center of HNA Aviation Investment, responsible for the fleet management and disposal. He has extensive experience in aircraft asset management and disposal. Mr. Sheng involved and responsible for the aircraft end of lease return and disposal of 737CL, 737NG, 767, A319 , A340, ERJ145 and business jet and also the P2F conversion of 737CL.
