Tony Whitty

Tony started his career in aircraft remarketing in 1990. Tony has been based both in Europe and the USA and has achieved considerable success in aircraft remarketing on behalf of a variety of airline and financial sector clients. His experience includes success in many different aircraft types including wide and narrow-bodied jets, regional and commuter turbo-prop aircraft and freighters.

In 1998 Tony became one of the founder members of Cabot Aviation, an aircraft remarketing company based near London Gatwick Airport. Cabot Aviation represents aircraft owners as an their exclusive remarketing agent and also undertakes acquisition mandates on behalf of airlines, lessors and spares companies. It also assists airlines in sourcing aircraft on wet lease. In May 2015 Cabot was acquired by Air Partner PLC.

Mr. Guo Yuqiang has more than 10 years experience in the financing & leasing industry. He took positions including Head of Financial Leasing of Qianhai Shenzhen Shekou FTZ Management Committee, Aviation, Shipping and Equipment leasing Project Manager of CDB Leasing & CCB Leasing. Before that, he used to work in Shenzhen Airlines and took positions including aircraft acquisition, finance dept, Maintenance & Engineering Dept, and has lots of experience in aircraft financing and project management.

Alfred Wang, graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, is now the Managing Director of Aviation Finance in Industrial Bank Financial Leasing, in charge of marketing and asset trading management. Before he joined the Industrial Bank Financial Leasing in 2016, he held senior sales and marketing positions in Bombardier Aerospace, GE Aviation, GECAS etc for many years.

Owen Geach

Chief Commercial Officer, IBA Group

Owen joined IBA in 1994 and is responsible for group sales revenue through managing and growing IBA’s key client relationships. With nearly 40 years of banking, travel and aviation experience, Owen also oversees some of IBA’s more complex projects, including the workout of distressed assets, acquisition due diligence and airline assessments.

Owen has previously worked at Bureau Veritas Aviation as Head of International Business Development, Thomas Cook as Retail Manager and Lloyds Bank. He regularly opines on industry news, writes articles and speaks at aviation conferences.

YANG Zhaokun

Vice President, Aviation, Everbright Financial Leasing

Mr. Yang Zhaokun's aviation career started in 1997 when he joined the GE Aviation as Program Manager. Then He joined Dragon Aviation Leasing in 2008 as Senior Vice President, in charge of aircraft leasing and asset structured financing.

Since Mar. 2016, he becomes the Deputy GM, Aviation at Everbright Financial Leasing.
