TJ is experienced in all aspects of aircraft financing and leasing, including pre-delivery payment financing, export credit agency supported financing, operating and finance leasing, sale and lease backs, structured financing, portfolio acquisitions and sales, EETCs and portfolio securitisations. He has regularly acted for financiers, lessors, owners, borrowers, issuers and airlines, managers and operators.

Mr. ZHENG Huan, obtained his Bachelor Degree from the Law School of the Peking University, and proceeded to his Graduate Program in Banking and Financial Law at Boston University School of Law in the U.S.A. He, as the Deputy General Manager, currently takes charge of the Legal and Compliance Department of Minsheng Financial Leasing Corporation Limited, also as an Arbitrator of the China Maritime Arbitration Commission.

Mr. ZHENG had practiced law for several years in a well-known law office, elected as a Commissioner of the Legal Commission of the China Banking Association, honored as the Legal Risks Management Advanced Individual of the China Banking Association, and successfully enrolled in as Second Layer Member of Tianjin’s “131”Innovative Talents Training Project. Mr. ZHENG is officially qualified to practice law, banking and security.

Mr. ZHENG is dedicated to industry research and paper drafting. His published book, known as the Practice Guidance on Financial Leasing Management and Applications, was honored as the Third Rank of the Excellent Achievements of the China Banking Development Research in 2016. Mr. Zheng also published several research articles in the journals, covering the areas of financial leasing, aircraft repossession, private equity, debt-equity jointly investment and foreign exchange derivatives.
