Tom is the founder and MD of the APAS Group of Companies. The APAS Group was established in 2009 after identifying the need for a dedicated aircraft storage and part-out facility for carriers and lessors with assets in the Asia-Pacific region. APAS customers include Qantas Airways, Singapore Airlines, Tiger Singapore, AWAS, Icelandair, Virgin Australia, Air New Zealand, etc. 

Prior to entering the aviation industry, Tom was based in London from 2004 – 2008 as a VP in the

Deutsche Bank AG, London Distressed Products Group (DPG). During this period he was a credit analyst, responsible for evaluating and recommending investment opportunities throughout distressed company capital structures. Trading activity was focused on bank debt facilities (senior, subordinated

and mezzanine), insolvency claims and unique infrastructure assets.

Marian has started his carrier in 1997 with Deutsche Structured Finance in Frankfurt, a boutique provider of structured financial products specializing in German leverage leases. He then joined AerCap in Amsterdam, one of the largest aircraft lessors today. As VP Commercial, Marian was responsible for pricing, portfolio management and business acquisition. During his tenure AerCap quadrupled in size, by having acquired many aircraft portfolios, snapping up competitors, placing forward orders with manufacturers, and arranging sale and leasebacks with customers. Between 2003 and 2006 Marian was a CFO at SkyEurope, first Central European low cost carrier, having managed it since its humble start up to the largest ever Slovakian IPO simultaneously launched on Vienna and Warsaw stock markets. Since 2006 Marian has been based in the Middle East and has held executive positions with several airlines in the Gulf and well as in Israel. He currently is a CEO of Aerotask, a Dubai based provider of asset management and financial solutions in the aviation sector.
