Kevin Casey is a well-known aviation executive who is respected for his work in the freighter aircraft and commercial aviation MRO sectors.
Kevin is President of Cargo Aircraft Solutions, the freighter aircraft focused arm of Spectre Air Capital, a Texas-based aircraft trading and leasing company whose principals have bought, sold and leased 550+ passenger, freighter and specialty aircraft. Prior to Spectre, Kevin was CEO of GDC Technics, a VVIP and head of state aircraft modification company. And before GDCT, Kevin was President of PEMCO, which under his leadership became a respected airframe MRO and market-leading freighter aircraft modification company, with operations in the US, Canada, Latin America and Asia.

In addition to airframe maintenance and modification, Kevin also has an extensive background in jet engine and component repair and technology

Peter Huijbers joined CALS in January 2017 to take the role as Chief Executive Officer of CALS, a new aircraft leasing company based in Shanghai, China.

Peter brings over 30 years of aviation industry background to the role,  covering commercial, technical, debt/equity capital markets as well as airline fleet management and aircraft maintenance.

Mr. Qian Hengjie is the project manager of Avic Int’l Leasing, responsible for the cargo fleet management. He was involved and responsible for the acquisition, financing and disposal of 737CL freighter and acquisition and financing of 747 freighter. He’s experienced in asset management and disposal of 737CL.
