Mr. Feng is now Deputy General Manager, Fleet Planning Department of Hainan Airlines Group, responsible for aircraft and engine fleet planning and configuration management, as well as fleet retirement and end-of-life disposals management and risk control. Prior to that, He was the Manager of Engine Management Center in HNA Technics, in charge of engine fleet operational and technical management. He was graduated from Civil Aviation University of China majored in Propulsion Engineering, and also obtained Master Degree on Aviation Management of ENAC&Tsinghua University.

After he obtained the Master degree in Aerospace Propulsion degree of BUAA in 2003, Mr. Tian Jiang joined Air China Technics, firstly as an engineer for PW engines in 2004-2006, then as senior engineer for RR/IAE engine fleet in 2007-2011.

He then was appointed as Project Manager for RR/IAE/APUs in the Engineering Depart of Air China Technics, controlling and managing over 180 million USD of engine maintenance expenses annually. He also participated into  B787-9,A350,A32OCEO/NEO engine contract negotiations, A330 SLBs, B757 aircraft trading, Trent1000 and V2500 engine fleet PBH contract negotiations.

He joined in CCB Financial Leasing in June, 2016 as Technical Director, looking after aircraft technical asset managment and portfolio tradings etc.

Mr. Peng has over 30 years of aviation career, with 15+ years of aircraft leasing and trading management experiences for 90+ aircrafts, he has in-depth knowledge about aircraft valuations, budgeting and cost control for aircraft disposal, aircraft delivery and trading planning, contract management and onsite delivery management.

Prior to HR Technics, he had workd in Air China and ARI of CALC for years, responsible for aircraft leasing and asset management.

Harry is now the Senior Operations Director for China region of Shannon Engine Support Ltd (SES). He manages SES`s technical operations and also supports commercial operation/portfolio management in the region. Harry joined SES in 2017 as Customer Support Manager. Before SES, Harry worked for GE Aviation (now GE Aerospace) in various roles including customer support, service contract management and commercial operations. Harry holds a bachelor degree of Aircraft Design & Engineering and master degree of Aero Engineering both from Beihang University.

Mr. Hu works at the Planning and Development Depart of China Eastern Airlines as the manager for fleet acquisition, looking after engine configuration, aircraft and engine asset trading, spare engine leasings etc. He has held many different positions in China Eastern Airlines, including the V2500 engine Lead Engineer, Project Manager for Lease Return etc.
