Ken LIM
General Manager, ST Aerospace Technologies Xiamen
In June 2000, Ken Lim Tien Khim joined ST Engineering group, the parent company of ST Engineering Aerospace Technologies (Xiamen) Co Ltd (STATCO). He was seconded from ST Engineering in Singapore to STATCO in February 2019 and appointed as General Manager. He is responsible for the overall management of the company including quality, production, operation and marketing. Since inception, Mr Lim served in many roles within the group, he started as an engineer, Sales and Marketing, Program management, Operation management, and is fully responsible for the business expansion and operations of Line Maintenance at the group level. The key businesses of ST Engineering Aerospace Technologies (Xiamen) Co Ltd (STATCO) include maintenance, repair and overhaul of engine support services for CFM56 engines. STATCO has successfully redelivered more than 250 engines shop visits and achieved 3000 days accident-free track record since 2011. With a steady growth of turnover in the past years, STATCO passed the RMB 1 billion revenue turnover in 2019.

Simon is currently Director and General Manager of HAECO Engine Services (Xiamen) (“HES”) and Director of HAECO Landing Gear Services. As a part of the founding team at HES, he was previously General Manager Commercial, looking after Planning, Customer Business, Component Repair Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
Prior to joining HAECO in 2008, Simon was Director of Marketing and Sales for General Electric Aviation based in Hong Kong and Taiwan, responsible for New Engine and Services Sales in South East Asia as well as the General Electric management focal for the establishment of the Evergreen Aviation Technology JV in Taiwan.

Lynda Cheng
Senior VP, APAC BD, GA Telesis
Lynda Cheng is Senior Vice President of BD for the Asia-Pacific region at GA Telesis. In addition to establishing new business opportunities, Lynda is responsible for developing business opportunities and sales, repairs, aircraft and engine trading and leasing, and MRO operations for commercial aircraft operators in the Asia-Pacific region.
Since assuming her role in 2011, Lynda’s leadership and ability to navigate the unique multicultural aviation landscape in this region has resulted in rapid sales growth for her department, meeting and exceeding sales goals set each year.
In 2012, she played a key role in the development of GA Telesis’ joint venture with Air China, GA Innovation China (“GAIC”), spending more than 6 months in Beijing to finalize the venture and was instrumental in facilitating GAIC’s first ever 747 teardown in Beijing. Her other notable achievements in GA Telesis include securing a long-term five year consignment contract with Cathay Pacific for the teardown and sale of eighteen 747-400s.
Prior to joining GA Telesis in 2011, Lynda held the position of Engine Department Sales Director at Unical Aviation. During this time, Lynda established a new engine group responsible for aircraft and engine inspection, oversaw the procurement of over 8 Aircrafts and 15 engines as well as managing engine teardowns for aftermarket part sales.
