Lynda是GA Telesis公司的亚太区业务发展高级副总裁，负责在该地区为商用飞机运营商提供维修、飞机和发动机交易和租赁、MRO运营等业务的管理和新业务的拓展工作。在她自2011年担任此职至今，她凭借其领导力和业务能力，带领部门团队在文化多元的亚洲市场前行，并实现了业绩的高速增长。

在2012年，GA Telesis和国航合资组建集安资产管理公司(GAIC)的项目中，Lynda扮演了重要角色，负责合资协议达成和项目落地，同时大力协助集安公司拿到其第一架747飞机的拆解项目。

在2011年加入GA Telesis前，Lynda曾担任Unical Aviation公司的发动机业务销售总监，负责组建新的发动机业务部门，并主管飞机和发动机检查、超过8架飞机和15台以上发动机的采购和发动机的拆解销售工作。

寿刚先生现任美国麦哲伦航空集团中国区首席代表/亚太区销售总监， 负责老旧飞机和发动机资产处置， 飞机拆解，二手备件销售/租赁， 剩余器材回购等业务。 近年来成功处置国航747-400， 777-200， 深圳航空737-800， 华航737-800 ，海航集团CFM56-5B发动机， 南航集团B757飞机剩余器材等业务。

寿刚先生拥有超过20年的航空备件分销从业经验， 2007年加入麦哲伦航空集团后， 经历了二手备件在中国市场兴起，规范的整个过程，拥有丰富的二手件管理经验。

慕晓岩女士拥有20多年的从业经验，现任于广州航润航空技术有限公司技术总监。曾于国航担任航空资产管理服务部交付中心主任，长期负责租赁/交易飞机的技术管理，包括合同谈判，资产价值评估工作和项目交付管理。2019年加入招银金融租赁有限公司，任航空租赁部CTO一职，负责管理与技术相关事务方面工作，并与国内外客户、技术厂家及飞机拆解、改装机构深入接触，对于飞机、发动机以及零部件管理有着丰富的经验。

拥有约10年的发动机一线车间维护经验，又拥有近15年的发动机工程管理、发动机送修、备发管理、机队管理等经验，他带领的团队主管着三百多台CFM56-7B发动机。其中，发动机送修和备发管理，与今天的发动机航材管理主题密切相关。毕竟，发动机不仅仅是最大最贵的航材，而且在每一次数百万甚至上千万美元的发动机修理中，80%左右的成本也来自于航材。
