Deidre Hawkins is a Senior Engineer at American Airlines (AA)and serves as the Co-Chairperson for the MARPA Air Carrier Committee.

Deidre started her career at AA in 2002 serving in various engineering roles from shop support to line maintenance.  Currently, she supports the Part Development Engineering Group in conjunction with the on-site Sheffield Aerospace engineering contractors.  The PDE Group coordinates the evaluation process of existing and new part development PMA and Owner Operator Produced parts.
