Alex Garrett holds a Bachelors Degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Alex is an instrument rated private pilot and started his career working for Preston Aviation Solutions, a Boeing Company, providing airport modeling software. From 2004 to 2015 he worked for Fokker Services as the distributor for R&D Dynamics. Since 2015 Alex has worked directly for R&D Dynamics, the world’s leading PMA manufacturer, specializing in Air Cycle Machine parts.

Michael Barry is a Sales Engineer for Pexco Aerospace, supporting customers across the Asia-Pacific region and the United States. He works closely with airlines and MROs to identify aircraft component needs and develop practical solutions for the aftermarket. His work includes supporting PMA, OOPP, design improvement, and new development projects, as well as helping customers plan for upcoming maintenance, retrofit, and heavy check requirements. Michael coordinates between customer procurement and technical teams and Pexco Aerospace engineering to move opportunities from an identified need through development.

Zhen Zhao Wang is Head of Sales for China at Jet Parts Engineering, with over 10 years of experience in aviation. A graduate of the Civil Aviation University of China, he moved from aviation technical manufacturing into parts distribution before joining JPE. He's known for strong data analysis skills and deep knowledge of the Chinese aviation market.
